This notice explains how L2's Early Voting & Absentee Ballot Dashboard (early.l2datamapping.com) uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements the L2 Privacy Notice, which describes L2's privacy practices generally, including how to contact us.
Analytics — Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this dashboard — for example which states and views are looked at most, and on what kinds of devices. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies containing a randomly generated identifier and collects information such as the pages you view, your interactions with the dashboard, your browser and device type, and your approximate location derived from your IP address (Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses). We use this information only in aggregate, to improve the dashboard.
Google processes this data as described in “How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services”.

Your choices
- Cookie banner. The dashboard shows a banner where you can accept or decline analytics cookies. If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, analytics cookies stay off unless you accept. You can change your choice at any time, and your choice expires after six months, after which the banner asks again.
- Google's opt-out. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, which prevents Google Analytics from collecting data on any site.
- Browser settings. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies and site data; see allaboutcookies.org for instructions.
